Thank you for the information. This property does have two building permits which are listed as issued or renewed. The City allows port a pottys to be stored on-site when there is an active building permit. As the port a potty is stored on private property and not blocking the right of way, it may remain on-site until the permits are finaled. The trailers may have to be stored in a different manner.
