  They have a flooring business with truck or van parked there each night. Can utility trailers be parked on driveways long-term in incorporated Walnut Creek?

  The address is actually 2033 Belford. Utility trailers cannot be parked on driveways in WC. They are also not allowed to be parked on the street for more than 72 hours straight. I also believe that you cannot operate a construction business our of your home with commercial vehicles present.

  that is because it is 2033 not 2025. And it has been there every day and night for the past 2 weeks. Plus it is not licensed.

  Chuck, thank you for the comment. If you actually looked at the photo which was uploaded yesterday you'll notice that it indeed is the same property as that reported by the RP. The street numbers are even visible on the front of the garage noting it as 2033 not 2025. Further, as our code is silent on the registration of a vehicle or trailer while stored on private property; your belief that it is currently unlicensed is not a violation of our municipal code. If the trailer is on a public street, it would be a traffic issue investigated by the Police Department.

  2033 Belford Dr. has now put their commercial trailer back in the driveway after being contacted several times in the past.
