This property is a problem site. A few neighbors have seen a truck hauling debris stopping at this location, but did not witness the dumping. The truck sighting was late night. Then the next morning, the evidence of the dump. No description of the truck, the driver(s) or license plate.

I drive by this place everyday and it is disgusting. This is clearly a blighted property. Can the city inspect the property and work with the property owner to keep it cleaned up?
