street light at the corner of Belford and Clyde is totally blocked by a yree making it almost impossible to see the intersection late at night. Pole number 1947. The tree needs to be trimmed away from the light to make the intersection safer. PGE trimed the tree barely last fall but new growth has once again blocked the light
