Description

This house has had a boat parked in front yard before. Now a truck and boat sticking out to the sidewalk is there on the right side of house and the left side has a camper top and a trailer parked in the front yard

Tom, the two trailers are still parked on the left side of house in plain view and also not behind the setback requiremenst of the City of Walnut Creek. Setback is 20 feet from property line which equates to about 28 feet from curb line.

There is only one trailer. The other is a truck shell cover. I talked to the owner and they are going to move them. I mentioned about the garbage can too.
