Thank you for using this application to report an issue to the City of Albany. DGS staff will be sent to inspect and document the graffiti. The property owner will then be sent a notice indicating they have 20 days to remove the graffiti. If the property owner does not comply after 20 days, DGS staff will remove the graffiti.

Today's generation... God forbid you use the wrong pronoun with them, yet they love those racial slurs.

There's no guarantee the person did made the graffiti is also someone who cares about pronouns.

No guarantee... but highly likely part of that generation, which was the point.

Good Luck. Graffiti on Lark Street sidewalk squares has been reported for months and the city doesn't take care of it. Apparently, only property owners get billed when they are vandalized and don't get the vandalism off their property fast enough, and at their own expense, but the city doesn't have to clean City sidewalks. And it's categorized as a dgs issue rather than a police issue as well. Graffiti is out of control in Albany and it's vandalism. And vandalism is a crime and comes at a high cost to property owner victims and the community at large.
