Description
The entire stretch of Woodville Ave. between Briar Ave. and Fountain is littered with trash, tires, liquor bottles, beer cans, construction debris, lawn debris, etc., along both sides of the road as well as in the Krumkill Creek. This is a continuous problem here. Trucks and cars drive down there to dump, even though there are "No Dumping" signs.
