MDUSD owns the property where North Gate is located as well as the property where the sports field and the elementary school are located. This stretch of Hutchinson is part of their property and the school district is responsible for its maintenance. Though MDUSD is exempt from much of our municipal code, we contacted their Maintenance & Facilities Department about your previous complaint about this location. They are arranging for their staff to prune back the shrubs.
